Bio
Cullen earned his undergraduate degree from San Diego State University in 2020 and his Master’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton in 2023. While at Fullerton, he gained valuable experience working with NFL athletes and helping prepare an NFL Combine class. He was also hired as a Sports Performance Coach at the university, where he worked with Track and Field, Tennis, Golf, Baseball, and Softball programs.
Currently, Cullen serves as the Sprints Coach at Clovis Community College and oversees Strength and Conditioning for Cross Country/Track, Swim and Dive, and Women’s Volleyball. In addition to his collegiate coaching roles, he is a local business owner, operating a private athletic training gym in Fresno, California.
Cullen is dedicated to training athletes to perform at their highest potential while minimizing injury risk associated with muscular imbalances and repetitive sport-specific demands. His coaching philosophy emphasizes education, ensuring athletes and clients understand the rationale behind each aspect of their training. He believes this approach enhances athlete engagement and significantly improves the effectiveness of training outcomes.
